Since params might point to an address on the stack of the thread which
called __ntapi_dsr_init(), and given that __ntapi_dsr_init() returns as
soon as the internal client connection had been established, we may not
access params upon return from __ntapi_dsr_connect_internal_client().
the current design of the virtual mount system turned out to be less
than ideal in terms of both simplicity and robustness. since its
importance seems to be rather marginal at the moment, it is better to
first remove it in its entirety, and then, given sufficient interest,
re-implement and integrate it into the system.
