	+ bypass configure's wrong assumptions (and bad conclusions) when cross-compiling. + gnulib.cache was inspired by advice from sortie, author of the sortix operating system. + fs.h: test for __midipix__ rather than __MIDIPIX (cf. cbb-gcc-4.6.4, commit f9ba0c). signed-off by Z.
