Git v2.9.0: use the supplied configure.ac script to build.
- Call autoconf in ${PKG_SUBDIR} if ${PKG_AUTOCONF} is set; additionally
copies config.sub to ${PKG_SUBDIR}/build-aux if the latter is present.
