build.sh, subr/build_checks.subr, vars/midipix.vars: removes ${DEFAULT_CHECK_PREREQ_{CMDS,FILES{,_DYNAMIC},PERL_MODULES}}.
etc/build.usage: update target list.
subr/build_checks.subr: merges remaining checks into subr/build_init.subr.
