vars/build.vars:native_packages_deps_x11: adds util_macros v1.19.2 (via Redfoxmoon.) patches/xcb_proto-1.12.local.patch: removes obsolete patch. patches/xorgproto-2018.4.local.patch: via Redfoxmoon.
